Official Server Guidelines and Punishments

1. Promotion of Other Servers
Promoting other RF Online servers inside the game is forbidden.
In-Game Penalty:
  • Warning 1: Warning message about the incident and Kick.
  • Warning 2: Account blocked for 48 hours.
  • Warning 3: Permanently Banned Account.
Discord Penalty:
  • Warning 1: Message deleted from chat, user tag and rule reinforcement.
  • Warning 2: Discord Ban for 48 hours.
  • Warning 3: Permanently Banned Account in-game and on Discord.
2. Offenses and Threats to STAFF
It is strictly forbidden to insult, slander, and threaten the GM, Admin, or any STAFF member in the game.
In-Game Penalty:
  • Warning 1: Kick and 1-hour block.
  • Warning 2: Permanent Ban.
Discord Penalty:
  • Warning 1: Kick and block for 48 hours.
  • Warning 2: Permanent Ban.
3. Anti-play and Event Frauds
It is forbidden to PK or use the game to bypass event rules. Whether by encouraging other players to disrupt the event, preventing others from participating, or trying to sabotage the organization.
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: Reinforced rule. 5-minute warning for the player to stop the attitude and apologize.
  • Warning 2: Server kick and block during the event.
4. Item Duplication Attempt (Dup)
Attempting to duplicate items (Dupe) or using illegal external programs in the game.
Penalty:
  • General: Account Banned and IP Permanently Blocked across all channels, making it impossible for the user to play again. It is not necessary to actually execute the error to be banned: if the attempt is proven, it is already considered a permanent BAN.
5. Illegal Programs
It is forbidden to use ILLEGAL programs (Cheats, Trainers, 3rd Programs, BOT, Helpers, Edit Scripts, etc.), as well as distribute or promote them.
Penalty:
  • General: Banned Account and Permanent IP.
6. Bug Exploitation (Exploit)
It is forbidden to take advantage of all types of intentional or unintentional BUGs (such as passing Bug Map, Tower, Siege, Ball, etc.).
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: "Rogue Jade" added to player inventory for 3 days.
  • Warning 2: Account Banned for 48 hours.
  • Warning 3: Account Permanently Banned.
7. Improper Names (Nicknames)
Using names with special characters or without the possibility of interaction/quick reading, such as IIIIIIIIIIIIII or LIIIIIllllllI, is prohibited.
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: Kick and character block to change nickname with STAFF assistance.
  • Warning 2: Account permanently banned.
8. Pit Bosses Rules (PBs)
It is forbidden to reset Pit Bosses, regardless of the reason.
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: Players warned to stop the practice immediately.
  • Warning 2: Accounts blocked for 24 hours.
  • Warning 3: Accounts banned for 7 days.
9. Cash Refund and Chargeback
It is only possible to request a refund for unused cash amounts, after verifying account balances and character history. In case of attempting to sell accounts with a refund request or attempting a chargeback with already used amounts:
Penalty:
  • General: Immediate account ban.
10. Security, Theft and/or Account Hijacking
If you are offline for a while and, without your consent, your account password is changed, you have up to 24 hours to open an account analysis support ticket. It will be analyzed if another IP had access, frequency, and suspicious activities. If a new IP without habitual connection is identified, items will be recovered along with password change instructions.
Penalty:
  • Those involved will have their accounts banned and, if necessary, their IP permanently blocked.
11. Extremely Serious Offenses to Players
Mentioning another player in any chat using physical characteristics or ethnicity to offend, as well as exposing family members with the intention of damaging the player's name or using it as an offense.
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: Message to the offending player, demanding an apology to the offended party.
  • Warning 2: Account block for 24 hours.
  • Warning 3: Account block for 7 days.
  • Note: If the team considers the act unacceptable right from the start, it will result in a permanent account ban.
12. PK in Chip War (CW)
PK is not allowed in the Crag Mine map mines during CW (Chip War) and Guardian time.
Penalties:
  • Warning 1: Game kick and rule forwarding guiding the player.
  • Warning 2: Account Banned for 24 hours.
  • Warning 3: Account Banned for 72 hours.
13. Generalized PK Policy on Server
In case of generalized PK between guilds, all involved will lose the right to guild bonuses, GL (Guild Leader) bonuses, promotion bonuses, and Streamer bonuses. The Staff will not interfere or prohibit free PK on the server, however, we will not fund or reward guilds focused on this practice.
